Amy Wollmuth at Fathom Realty was fantastic to work with! She was extremely responsive to my many questions and very efficient with showing me houses.
I had been working with another realtor who would take weeks (or months) to get back to me about available properties. Since I was coming from out of town I had limited time to see properties.
Amy cleared her schedule for my 3-day visit to show me 10 houses on the first day and more over the next few days as they came on the market. With her guidance and expertise, I found a house quickly and she made the process of inspections and closing very easy.
Everything went according to schedule with no delays or bumps in the house-buying road. I can recommend her without any reservations and plan on using her exclusively from now on. She is fabulous!
